For BigBlock Studios CloudMail accounts, you should use the following connection details in your email program and/or mobile devices:

If you have selected a hosting package that does NOT include CloudMail,  ignore the following settings and use the setup instructions, for BigBlock Studios Local Mail accounts.

If you are prompted for password security or password security type (something along those lines) the option to select is "Plain" or "Clear" password.  or password not encrypted.
